Welcome to TechifyERP. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TechifyERP, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

TechifyERP provides cloud-based ERP software for small and medium enterprises, including inventory management, payroll processing, purchase order management, and business reporting tools.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into TechifyERP. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the fees associated with your plan.

7. Free Trial

We may offer free trials for new users. At the end of the trial period, your account will convert to a free plan unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, with reasonable notice when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechifyERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechifyERP from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
